Thank you for contacting Red Horse Bed & Breakfast where we proudly specialize in tailoring our services to enhance the personal details of your event. We understand that it can be difficult to plan an event during these times. Outlined below is what we currently offer. Some of these amenities may change depending on current state mandates. Feel free to call us and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
We adhere to current state mandates. Masks must be worn except during the event lunch/dinner. If guests do not adhere to this they will be escorted off the property. If the party does not adhere to guidelines a fine of $500 will be issued and the event will be canceled. As the contractee, you will be responsible for communicating this to your guests and responsible for any monetary violations. This is not negotiable as we would be shut down due to any violation.
Breakdown of Fees:
Event Capacity - 80 people maximum
Booking fee - $1000 for groups larger than 20 people. This will secure the dates of your event.
Facility fee - $55 per person attending
Room Rental - All rooms must be rented for the duration of the event. For weekend weddings we require a two-night rental from Friday at noon to Sunday at noon. For week-day events, only one-night room rental is required.
Catering - The caterer must have a license and provide it prior to your event. Pot Lucks are not allowed unless covered by a licensed caterer. We do not provide catering.
Alcohol - Beer and wine only. No glass bottles. We provide a bartender and pass on the costs. We do not upcharge for this. You may bring your own beer and wine to be served by the licensed bartender.
Tables and Chairs - We do not provide tables and chairs but refer out and offer a discount through American Tent Rental on Coors Blvd.
Servers - Should you need assistance you may request a server be brought in and we can provide one for you.
